七、環(huán)氧砂漿地坪施工技術(shù)的優(yōu)點及評估標準
1、施工技術(shù)的優(yōu)點
各種環(huán)氧地坪均具有高度耐磨、整體無縫,完全不起塵、極易清潔、強裝飾性等優(yōu)異性能,但設(shè)計和施工時還應注意以下兩點:一、環(huán)氧地坪不能抵抗較重的地下潮氣(環(huán)氧地坪因其分子結(jié)構(gòu)極為密實,地下潮氣無法透過),若一樓地面混凝土基層未做防潮隔離層,則一旦地下潮氣太重,容易將環(huán)氧地坪涂層頂起,前期會形成一個鼓包,隨后就會破裂、脫落。因此環(huán)氧地坪的混凝土墊層下應設(shè)置0.2mm 厚的塑料薄膜作為防潮層,并應在施工時保證薄膜層不得破損。如果采用在混凝土面層下加做聚氨酯防水層的構(gòu)造方式則是**方案;二、環(huán)氧地坪抗劃傷性能較差:環(huán)氧地坪涂層對于抵抗砂粒、鐵屑等各類尖銳、堅硬物體的劃傷能力較差。因此施工環(huán)氧地坪的車間地坪必須經(jīng)常保持地面潔凈。此外,根據(jù)實驗數(shù)據(jù)表明,環(huán)氧地坪的光澤度不宜超過80,否則容易產(chǎn)生反射眩光,使人體產(chǎn)生不舒適的感覺,容易造成眼睛疲勞,降低生產(chǎn)效率,同時,選用時還應注意環(huán)氧地坪的耐高溫性能和耐候性也不是很好
2、地坪的質(zhì)量評估
表面狀況：作為一種表面裝飾性極強的自流平性涂料，要求自流平有良好的平整性，同時不應該有雜物等不良狀況。
飽滿度：我們通常采用反光率的一個指標來度量飽滿度，我們要求在固化好的自流平地面上的反光率達到95％，若反射率均不大于85％，從而造成亮度不高。
硬度：作為地坪，要求固化后的地坪表面有一定的硬度，從而達到足夠的耐磨性，填料會下沉的自流平涂料在固化后地坪的地面硬度不是太高，一般要求地坪的硬度>2H，以達到工業(yè)使用要求。
